During our years of service, we have found the craziest, weirdest, and strangest things imaginable in AC ducts. From toys, stuffed animals, and clothing to jewellery, keys and other foreign objects, you name it. Most importantly, they carry millions of pollutants and contaminants like pollen, dust mites, pet dander, dust, mould, bacteria, fungi, dead insects, and even animal droppings.

Due to the climate, in the UAE most people spend their time indoors resulting in AC ducts becoming dirtier and more contaminated with time and use. Our AC duct cleaning and sanitization services thoroughly clean and eliminate these accumulated harmful elements to improve the indoor airflow, air quality, and overall efficiency of the AC unit.

  • Phase 1

    • A Pre-work comprehensive check will be done to ensure AC system is functioning properly.

    A thorough protective plastic covering will be fixed to provide protection for your furnishins and equipment.

  • Phase 2

    • Accessing Duct Works

    All supply and return grills/vents/diffusers will be carefully removed from each air vent.

    We will then proceed to thoroughly wash and clean all vents/grills/diffusers before re-installation to ensure maximum cleanliness

  • Phase 3

    • AC Duct Cleaning and Disinfection

    Mechanical contact cleaning of Supply and Return Air Duct System using rotating contact brush coupled with 3 Level HEPA filter system and negative air vacuum machine

    To ensure the air duct cleaning process goes flawlessly, the ducting will be sanitized, and deodorized with a thorough chemical fogging application of a Dubai Muncipality (DM) approved sanitizer and deodorizer.

  • Phase 4

    • Ac Unit Cleaning and Disinfection

    Cleaning of Filters

    Cleaning and flushing of drain tray and drain line

    Cleaning of fan motor and blades

    Cleaning and disinfection of evaporator and condenser coil with EPA approved chemical

  • Phase 5

    • Post Work Completion

    Re-installation and sealing with silicon of all cleaned vents/grills/diffusers as required

    Post work clean up and round-up of materials, equipment and small debris.

    After Job Completion report to be submitted with before and after pictures of work
